Business intelligence
Reporting for marketing, management, sales, customer service and collections, built the way I build client dashboards. Change the filters, switch views and export the detail.
What each dashboard answers
Each view is built around one management question, the metrics that answer it and the people who act on it.
Which channels produce revenue?
Where does the business need attention?
What needs a follow-up?
Where are calls falling through?
What needs a collection action?
Technician performance, memberships, commissions, reviews and customer lifecycle reporting.
Tell me which question matters most and we’ll scope the view around it.
Describe your reporting needHow they’re built
The same conventions run through every dashboard I deliver.
If a source can’t support a metric yet, the card says so instead of showing an estimate. Nobody acts on a figure that only looks precise.
Each figure has a plain-language definition one hover or tap away: what it counts, where it comes from and what it leaves out.
Month to date is compared with the same number of days last month, not the full month, so a partial month never looks like a decline.
This month, days 1–9 compared with last month, days 1–9.
Each data feed loads on its own and reports its status, so one broken export doesn’t take down the whole dashboard, and you can see which one needs attention.
How a dashboard project runs
Define KPIs, source systems and who needs to use the reporting.
Build connections and reconcile the definitions with operational and financial records.
Review the dashboard with your team, document the logic and set up access.
Scheduled refreshes, monitoring and maintenance keep the numbers current.
The standard ServiceTitan dashboard package has fixed pricing (see Pricing). Custom views and extra data sources are scoped and quoted separately.
Let’s find your starting point
Tell me where your systems or processes are falling short. Your answers build a short brief you can read before anything is sent.
