Business intelligence

Clearer numbers. Useful next steps.

Reporting for marketing, management, sales, customer service and collections, built the way I build client dashboards. Change the filters, switch views and export the detail.

Fictional demo data. Every figure below is made up to show how the dashboards behave, not client results.Final metrics depend on your scope and source data

What each dashboard answers

Describe your reporting need

How they’re built

Numbers you can trust, or no number at all.

The same conventions run through every dashboard I deliver.

No invented numbers

If a source can’t support a metric yet, the card says so instead of showing an estimate. Nobody acts on a figure that only looks precise.

Every metric explained

Each figure has a plain-language definition one hover or tap away: what it counts, where it comes from and what it leaves out.

Fair comparisons

Month to date is compared with the same number of days last month, not the full month, so a partial month never looks like a decline.

6.0% vs same days last month

This month, days 1–9 compared with last month, days 1–9.

Sources fail independently

Each data feed loads on its own and reports its status, so one broken export doesn’t take down the whole dashboard, and you can see which one needs attention.

How a dashboard project runs

From the question to a view your team uses.

01 / Define

Agree on the question

Define KPIs, source systems and who needs to use the reporting.

02 / Connect

Validate the data

Build connections and reconcile the definitions with operational and financial records.

03 / Deliver

Put it to work

Review the dashboard with your team, document the logic and set up access.

04 / Maintain

Keep it useful

Scheduled refreshes, monitoring and maintenance keep the numbers current.

The standard ServiceTitan dashboard package has fixed pricing (see Pricing). Custom views and extra data sources are scoped and quoted separately.
